The design has over 11,000 square feet of living area including a regulation size NCAA indoor air conditioned basketball court. 7 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, gym, mancave, 5 car garage, game room, large outdoor area all totaling over 14,200 sq.ft. under roof + a separate 3,720 sq ft guest house.

The clients chose a dark metal shingle over the lighter raised seam roof.

The rear of this design includes a large pool area, firepit, large tall lanai and timeless outdoor room with masonry stone fireplace, hand framed rafter ceiling and outdoor kitchen with remote screens.
