Clearwater Beach, Florida

This project started out as a typical 1960’s one-story concrete block home located in Island Estates, Clearwater, Florida. The home had 8’-0” ceilings, poor floor plan layout and no curb appeal. Husserl Group raised the first-floor ceilings, reconfigured the first-floor plan and added a new second floor. A new exterior Coastal style was also added to the home.
